We would like to introduce a case where we responded to a request for an overhaul of a production line! 【Inquiry Details】 Due to frequent occurrences of temporary stoppages (a phenomenon where equipment or production temporarily halts or idles) in a production line that had been in operation for over 20 years, we received a request for an overhaul. 【Response】 We took all the PLCs and power supplies from the control panel back to our facility for work. We performed circuit board cleaning, replaced components with a limited lifespan, and checked the power supply, then confirmed that there were no issues during the installation work on-site.
